A Note on Shipping

Everything is shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure your order arrives in good condition. This includes prints. This means that you pay the same in shipping for several prints as you would for one print.

My advice: if you are thinking of ordering more than one print, you will save money by ordering them all at once.

Description

The painting was started this past summer on a sunny July morning.  The initial result wasn’t satisfying, so a second onsite attempt was made to finish the painting, but it still didn’t turn out the way I would have liked.  I went back into the painting in the studio and, after some muddling about, I discovered the weather that day wasn’t so good after all—the ‘rainstorm’ was a welcome invention.

TJA along the Tiber.
