Drawing Rome from Castel Sant’Angelo

In the summer of 2008 I and Edmund Sullivan developed for Context Travel a drawing workshop that we ran from the Castel Sant’Angelo.  The images below are from the 3-hour workshops and span two summers: 2008 – 2009.  Below the drawings are pictures of some of many I was thrilled to have join me.

This was a highlight for our week in Rome. Thank you Tim for a great workshop and instruction. It doesnt matter your drawing skills, participating in an art workshop in Rome is fantastic. Hope to see you next year on our 2010 Context Fellowship trip.
